What happens after payment?

We find your seller. Matching starts as soon as your $6 payment succeeds. Your order shows a countdown with a deadline one hour after payment.
Your seller orders in Grubhub. Once your seller is ready, they have 10 minutes to place and confirm your order. Your order shows the time remaining.
You pick up and confirm. Collect the correct meal at the restaurant, then confirm pickup to release your seller’s earnings.

You can cancel for a full $6 refund until a seller accepts. After acceptance, contact support if there is a problem.

If a seller drops your order, we look for another seller using the original one-hour deadline. If no seller is found in time or your meal cannot be fulfilled, you receive a full $6 refund to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
